Anderson, 22, is looking for a big name for his next fight and believes Dubois fits the bill.
Anderson has won every one of his 12 professional fights by knockout.
"All the contenders, prospects, and newcomers... Luis Ortiz, Andy Ruiz, all of them, anyone; I'd love to fight anyone."
He was supposed to fight Christian Hammer on the undercard of Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte at Wembley in April, but he was injured.
Anderson returned to action last month, defeating Serbian Miljan Rovcanin in just two rounds.
Meanwhile, Dubois was last seen in action in June, when he defeated Trevor Bryan to win the WBA regular heavyweight title in Miami.
Triple D has an 18-1 record, with his 2020 loss to Joyce being the only blemish on an otherwise flawless resume.
