Taiwan condemns Chinese fighter jets

According to officials, dozens of Chinese military aircraft have entered Taiwan's air defence zone in the last two days.

On Friday, 38 planes entered the region, and another 20 planes were seen on Saturday.

Taiwan's foreign minister, Joseph Wu, commented on the flights in a tweet, writing: "Oct. 1 wasn't a good day. 

The #PLAAF (People's Liberation Army Air Force) flew 38 warplanes into #Taiwan's ADIZ (Air Defence Identification Zone), 

making it the largest number of daily sorties on record. Threatening? Of course.
