 after a terrible drought dried up the reservoir.

After water levels in the Valdecaas reservoir in the Extremadura region of western Spain dropped to only 28% of its capacity in July of this year

 Portuguese astrophotographer Sérgio Conceiço captured this image of the 5,000-year-old Dolmen of Guadalperal stone circle

beneath the stunning band of the Milky Way adorning the night sky.

Conceiço told Space.com that it took him six hours to get on foot with all of his camera gear to the monument for the nighttime shoot.
