Apple Expands MacBook Self-Repair Support

On August 23, customers in the United States will be able to purchase genuine Apple parts and tools.

Apple has announced that Self Service Repair will be available tomorrow for MacBook Air and MacBook Pro notebooks equipped with the M1 chip family.

Self Service Repair for iPhone was introduced earlier this year, and the programme will be expanded to other countries.

Self Service Repair for MacBook Air and MacBook Pro provides more than a dozen different repair options for each model, including display replacement.

Customers with prior experience repairing electronic devices will be able to complete repairs on these Mac notebooks.

Every genuine Apple part is designed and engineered specifically for each product, and it is rigorously tested to ensure the highest quality, safety, and dependability.

The Apple tools are custom designed to aid in the repair of Apple products and are built to withstand the rigours of high-volume use.
