The Rock stuns viewers with talk show

On Tuesday's episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, the 50-year-old star demonstrated his vocal abilities.

The former wrestler was welcomed on stage by the talk show host to perform a duet of Don't Come Home A Drinkin' by late US country singer Loretta Lynn.

The performance came two weeks after the death of the legendary country singer on October 4 at the age of 90.

He said he grew up listening to "traditional country music" and moved to Nashville when he was 15 years old.

Johnson would "walk the streets" singing country standards such as Hank Williams Jr.'s Old Habits.

Johnson's vocals astounded viewers, with one YouTube commentator writing:

"This is unusual. I had no idea Dwayne sang until now, and I love how his low voice complements Kelly's high notes."
