Twitter Reacts Conor Diaz Beating Conor 

Conor McGregor has never backed down from a fight, but his transition to the welterweight division at UFC 196 did not go as planned;

 on Saturday, Nate Diaz won by submission.

In 22 fights, McGregor has lost just three times, all by submission, and all three came at UFC 196. 

Diaz is a skilled submission fighter who has forced his opponents to submit in 12 of his 19 victories.

The opponent McGregor was initially scheduled to face made one of the first remarks following his defeat:

Rafael dos Anjos wasn't the only UFC fighter to use exaggeration after the fight; Jose Aldo also joined in and appeared to be attempting to set up a headline event
