Xbox plans to bring Call of Duty, Diablo

If the firms merge, Microsoft has stated it plans to add the top franchises from Activision Blizzard to Xbox Game Pass.

It stated it wants to add as many of Activision Blizzard's titles as possible to its Xbox and PC subscription service

Although it may have previously been guessed, Xbox head Phil Spencer has now formally confirmed it.

The Call of Duty, Diablo, and Overwatch brands will be made available on Game Pass by the firm.

"Through the development of Game Pass, which provides users with a subscription option, we are expanding choice in two ways:

the use of our cloud game streaming technology, among other methods," he stated in a statement released on Thursday.

Game Pass gives developers the ability to reach more players with more games, not fewer.
